Shipping policy

Most shipping is processed through USPS via First Class Ground Advantage with occasional UPS ground and USPS Priority Mail. 

*We can't guarantee any delivery times/windows, but only provide average estimates. Please understand this before you order and make the appropriate buying decision based on the expected time frames.   

USPS First-Class Ground Advantage (Majority of Orders) - Expect 4-14 business days for delivery (*average 4-5 days) - Expect longer delivery windows during the holiday season for First Class Shipments. (can take up to 14 business days in December)

USPS Priority Mail - Expect 2-5 business days for delivery (average 2-3 business days)

UPS Ground - Expect 2-6 business days for delivery

*If you supply an undeliverable / unverified address and it is returned to us. We will refund you for the cost of product,  but YOU are still responsible for shipping costs, No Exceptions.
